3 sent to hospital after Riverwatch traffic accident in Augusta Georgia

Authorities say a traffic accident on Riverwatch Parkway has sent three people to hospitals.
The accident caused traffic to become backed up on Riverwatch Parkway, the dispatcher said.
Two people were taken to University Hospital, and one was taken to the Medical College of Georgia Hospital, a Gold Cross dispatcher said.
A Richmond County dispatcher said that the accident occurred at Riverwatch Parkway and Stevens Creek Road at about 4:50 p.m.
